When prompted by a Loyfam technician, click the link above.

You will be prompted to download a small piece of software.  This software will not remain after a reboot and will self-destruct once the remote support session is finished.

When the download is finished you should have a file named nBoxVNC.exe.  Run this file and follow the instructions from the Loyfam Technician.

Remote support is charged in blocks of 15 minutes @ $30. (Computing Services Pricing)
